It was discovered that when in full RoboCop costume, Peter Weller could not fit properly into the police car as he was too bulky. That’s why most shots of him show him exiting the car or preparing to get into it. For shots where he actually needed to be in the car, he only wore the top part of the costume and sat in his underwear.
RoboCop (1987)
Whenever this film was shot on location, Jean-Pierre Jeunet and the crew would clean the area of debris, grime, trash and graffiti, so that the film would match his fantasy. This was an especially difficult task when it came time to shoot at the huge train station.

Wala na akong hahanapin pa!! kanina magkasama kami ng Ate ko sa SM. Naggrocery kami kasi may mga bisita kami kanina.. E nagutom na kami, kumain muna kami sa Goldilocks bago umuwi. Dahil iyakin talaga ako gusto kong umiyak na dun habang nag-uusap kami ng ate ko tungkol sa buhay namin, kahit na ganon pa yung buhay namin, di ko makuhang magreklamo kasi Ate ko palang, sapat na.
Dati nga lagi akong tinatanong ni Iyah (pamangkin ko, anak ni Ate), kung sino daw ang mama ko. Sagot ko, “yung mommy mo!”. tapos tatawa siya. Parehas daw pala kami ng mommy hehe!
